Balsamic Vinaigrette


1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup cold pressed virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1 tablespoon turbinado sugar or honey
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1?2 – 1 teaspoon crushed garlic (to taste)
1/4 teaspoon sea salt


  1. Wisk together in a medium bowl about 15 minutes to half an hour before dressing your salad to allow the dried herbs to reconstitute and flavors to mingle.
